Gakyid is a relatively young, pulsating star, part of the large constellation Constellation Centauri. It is currently located in the NGC 7359 constellation, and is situated within the Galactic Center region. Its magnitude is seven point nine six nine, and its visual distance is approximately two seventy-two light-yearrs. It's also known to exhibit a radial velocity of ninety-three point seven nine kilometers per second, indicative of its current movement through space. Gakyid has a relatively low luminosity, indicating its age relative to other stars in its stellar environment.
